This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to all orders placed with Star Engineering (“we”, “our”, “us”).
1. Shipping Policy
Star Engineering provides delivery of goods through third-party logistics or transporter services.
Shipping timelines are indicative and may vary depending on location, order type, and operational conditions.
Estimated dispatch time is 7–15 working days, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Delivery delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or force majeure shall not be our responsibility.
Shipping charges, if applicable, shall be communicated at the time of order confirmation or invoicing.
2. Risk & Ownership
Ownership and risk of goods pass to the customer upon dispatch from our premises.
Customers are advised to inspect packages at the time of delivery and report visible damage immediately.
3. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are permitted only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect items supplied.
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery via email at business.stareng@gmail.com
Products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with invoice copy.
Custom-made, fabricated, or made-to-order products are not eligible for exchange.
4. Exchange Process
Upon approval, replacement will be dispatched after receipt and verification of the returned product.
Shipping costs for approved exchanges due to our error shall be borne by Star Engineering.
If exchange is approved but the product is unavailable, a refund may be issued as per our Refund Policy.

Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper installation
Orders returned without prior approval
