Need to cancel an order? Here's everything you need to know.

At STAR ENGINEERING, we understand that plans may change. That’s why we have a fair and transparent cancellation policy in place to ensure a smooth experience for both our business and our customers.

Order Cancellation Window:
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. Beyond this period, your order is considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled as the processing and material allocation may have already begun.

How to Cancel:
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately via:

Refunds (if payment is made):
If the cancellation is approved within the allowed time frame, and payment has already been made, a full refund will be initiated. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Partial Cancellations:
Orders once processed cannot be partially cancelled. In case of any issue with order quantity or size, please get in touch before we initiate processing.

Cancellation After Dispatch:
No cancellations are allowed once the order is dispatched or out for delivery. If you still wish to stop the delivery, the round-trip logistics and handling charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

STAR ENGINEERING's Rights:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, technical errors, or payment verification failure. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately, and a full refund will be initiated.
