This eliminates delays and confusion, allowing us to process orders promptly and efficiently. We provide transparent pricing based on current market rates and ensure that billing is done strictly according to the actual weight at the time of dispatch.

All our materials are thoroughly inspected for quality before delivery. However, due to the nature of heavy goods logistics, we urge clients to verify materials upon receipt. In case of any discrepancies, STAR ENGINEERING must be notified immediately with clear photographic evidence.

Our logistics partners are selected for their reliability and safety standards. While we coordinate dispatch and delivery schedules with the utmost care, unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, traffic delays, or third-party issues may impact delivery timelines. We assure our clients that every effort will be made to communicate and resolve such situations swiftly.

Custom orders — including size-specific cuts or large-volume bulk dispatches — may require additional processing time. These will be communicated in advance along with expected timelines and special conditions. STAR ENGINEERING reserves the right to decline any request that is outside the scope of our standard operational capacities.

All our policies are aimed at creating a safe, transparent, and value-driven buying experience for industrial and retail clients alike. We believe in complete disclosure of terms, and we are always open to customer queries or feedback to improve our services further.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is confirmed and processed. However, any request for changes or updates may be entertained based on feasibility and will be at our sole discretion. Refunds, if applicable due to billing weight variations, are processed within 3–5 business days.

We maintain full confidentiality of client data and do not share personal, financial, or order-related information with any external parties unless required by law.
